GAMSAT 2027 will be able to register for the March sitting from mid- November 2026

Prospective medical students preparing for GAMSAT 2027 will be able to register for the March sitting from mid- November 2026.

ACER has not yet published the precise March 2027 examination dates but we would expect the S2 exam to take place over the weekend of February 27th and 28th (a home proctored exam). Section 1+3 will take place a test centre, likely over the weekend of 20th and 21st March.

Current registration fees are £296 in the UK, €378 in Ireland and AUD$568 in Australia, although candidates should check whether these change when registration opens.

Students hoping to begin a UK graduate-entry medicine programme in 2027 can use results from the March and September sittings held in 2025 or 2026. UCAS applications for 2027 entry must generally be submitted by 15 October 2026. In Ireland both the Septmeber 2026 and March 2027 can be used.
